There is a folding table in the adjacent living room with seating for an additional four people so everyone can enjoy meals together.
The property features three well-appointed bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen with trundle, and the third bedroom offers two twins. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and come with high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep.
Note: All bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs. This could be too much of a challenge for older or mobility challenged individuals. Also, as a vintage home, there is no central air conditioning but there are window units to keep the rooms cool in the evening. There are also fans available in each room, and toiletries are provided in the bathroom, including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. There are also linens for the beds, bath towels, and beach towels.
For parking, there is one driveway space in the back of the house which can be accessed by going around the block, and other vehicles can park on Green street opposite the front of the house facing towards town.Please be sure NOT to park in the neighbor's driveway, directly to the left of the house.
