• Check-In Age & Identification: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be a minimum of 18 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon arrival. Standard check-in begins strictly at 4:00 PM.
• Incidental Hold Deposit: A valid credit card is required at arrival to authorize a mandatory $250 security deposit hold. This temporary authorization is fully released after departure following a standard room inspection, subject to your bank's standard processing timelines.
• Standard Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made past this 72-hour window, or failure to show, will result in a penalty charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay plus tax.
• WorldMark Owner Bookings: Regular reservations must be canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival to receive a full refund of vacation credits. Reservations booked last-minute (within 90 days of arrival) must be canceled at least 10 days prior to check-in to avoid penalty.
• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% smoke-free property. This includes rooms, common balconies, and all common areas. Vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana are prohibited. A cleaning fine applies for violations.
• Strictly no pets. Only certified ADA service animals that are trained to work or perform specific tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals under ADA guidelines and are strictly prohibited from the property.
