The Space:
Welcome to the Eagle's Roost. A step above the rest.
Right when you walk in, you'll be greeted by the movie room. It’s perfect for unwinding with a giant flatscreen TV, a high-quality soundbar, and super comfy couches. It’s all set up for a family movie night.
Next, there’s an extra-modern bathroom that’s sleek and stylish—everything you need in one spot. Plus, there are two cozy kids' rooms close by, designed to be fun and comfortable for little ones.
When it comes to dining, you’re in for a treat. The dining room is huge with high ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace (decor only) that adds a warm touch. The kitchen next to it is spacious and fully equipped—perfect for whipping up your favorite meals.
Outside, the decks around the house are great for enjoying the fresh air. There are outdoor dining areas, multiple seating areas and a brand new grill—perfect for meals al fresco.
Upstairs, you’ve got two luxurious master bedrooms designed for maximum comfort. There’s also a charming boho-style bathroom up there, adding a unique touch.
Downstairs, there’s a fantastic game room with arcade games, skee-ball, and a pool table—great for some fun and games. There are three Flat screen TV’s for an amazing game day experience, and a few high top tables. The basement also houses a well-equipped gym with a Nordic treadmill, weights, and a sauna for staying active and relaxing all at once.
Lastly when you wander out into the land around the house you can unwind at the outdoor fire pit where you can gather and enjoy cozy evenings under the stars.
