The patio also has a gas BBQ for guest use. The kitchen is fully upgraded with new modern cabinetry and appliances and also has a separate smaller dining area. The main bedroom has a King size bed and the secondary bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space and large en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower. The courtyard area separates the detached casita from the rest of the home and is outfitted with a large outdoor sectional. The casita has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
Full access to Santa Rosa Community amenities including 10 pools and 3 tennis courts. Guests are welcome to dine at the public Resort restaurants, schedule a reservation at the La Quinta Spa or book at tee time at the Resort courses for a fee.
