Welcome to our family home located in Monticello, Kentucky. We are 6 miles from downtown Monticello and 3 miles from Beavercreek Marina. The original home built in the 1800’s was torn down and a ranch style home was constructed on top of the old rock formation in 1970. Because it is an old refurbished and settling house, you will notice a slant to the floors, as well as a few cracks in the walls. We are on 3 acres of land, with 3 wonderful porch areas to sit outside and enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and the wildlife of Kentucky. There is a long, circular driveway in front of the home that is perfect for those who have a boat. We continually strive to make improvements every year. The house has two full baths, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. For $110 per night, our old country home is perfect for relaxation, fishing and boating on Cumberland Lake, and enjoying the beautiful hills of Kentucky.
