Recently featured in Maine Home & Design Magazine, this elegantly designed, stunning home offers plenty of space for a fabulous beach vacation. The gourmet kitchen leads directly into the open dining and living room, creating the perfect setting to lounge and spend time together in front of an exquisite fire place.
The primary suite is decadent, with its walk in closet and spacious bathroom with a free standing tub and beautifully custom designed shower. There are two luxurious guest rooms with queen beds, one with a bathroom en suite. The kids room is expansive, with four custom built in bunk beds and a whimsical decor. There are beautiful books and art supplies available for those occasional rainy days and another walk in closet with a thoughtfully designed wire basket system to keep all of your children's clothes organized during your trip! Leading into the children's room is yet an additional living room space equipped with a tv for movie nights, a wet bar and wine fridge! This house has a king bed, two queen beds, and four loft beds.
Pulling into the drive you will see a vegetable garden on your left straight out of a fairy tale. Impeccably groomed apple trees, and an abundance of kale and other organic produce is also yours to harvest depending on the season. As you wander into the back yard you will find a Maine must for every home... the fire pit! Cozy up with the kiddos for s'mores after your day at the beach.
