The Sunset Trace Bungalow is your home away from home in Memphis! Our home can sleep up to 10 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Here, you can enjoy a spacious living room, full kitchen, and open patio in a fenced-in backyard! We're located about 10 mins from the Memphis Raceway, 15 mins to 1-40 and 20 mins to downtown and Shelby Farms Park! We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, you'll be in a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV, and extra seating. The dining room is just off the front door on the right, where you'll find a large table with bench seating so everyone can hang out together! Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to cook a full meal.
The hallway off the living room will take you to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed and there are two full beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an oversized ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity.
The backyard is fenced-in and features a patio table with four chairs and a charcoal grill!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Please be aware that this home has street parking for guests.

Our home is located on the Northeast side of Memphis in a residential neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
