ABOUT WARM BEACH BUNGALOW
Overlooking the waters of Port Susan, this sheltered alcove provides the perfect site for a charming beach house. Two decks, a roomy living area and private access to the water ensure that you'll enjoy a relaxing stay no matter what brings you to the area.
A small grove of trees greets you as you arrive, offering seclusion from neighboring homes. Once inside, you'll find the enormous, warmly appointed living area. Two large tables with comfortable chairs offer plenty of room for big group dinners, board game nights, card games or just a place to gather with friends and family.
However you choose to spend your time in Warm Beach Cottage, you'll enjoy the panoramic views of the water and mountains. Sea birds, small fishing boats and sailing vessels meander across the water every day. In any weather, you can stroll out onto the protected upper deck, and take in the views along with the salt air (and maybe a glass of wine).
Upstairs, in addition to the great room, you'll find parquetry floors and a powder room off the foyer. The living area boasts a cozy fireplace, two comfy couches and lots of pillows, great for seating the kiddos on the floor. The generous kitchen features beautifully tiled turquoise countertops and all you'll need for home cooked meals. The a gas grill in the front of the house is perfect for barbequed dinners.
Downstairs, you will find a full bath with shower, fully supplied laundry room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has windows looking out over the water and the second floor deck. Four beds are available - one king and three queens. Lower deck has a brand new staircase leading down to the water, for easy access to tide flats and the water for kayaking or canoeing.
Dogs are welcome with hour standard per dog, per night fee.

The home is located in Warm Beach, a small enclave of private homes just about ten miles from the town of Stanwood. There's a small grocery store in the community.
Nearby, Stanwood offers convenient shopping, as well as a variety of tourist attractions, including the Bonhoeffer Botanical Gardens, Lake Goodwin Community Park, Wenberg State Park and Old Town Antiques. It's also a convenient starting point for scenic drives through the Skagit Valley and North Cascades Mountains.
