Experience luxury living in this very well appointed home, fine linens and a fully equipped kitchen! Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling glass wall that opens up to the pool. The outdoor space boasts a comfy sitting area, bbq, dining table and an outdoor TV to watch the game! I host my home personally, no non-caring management company, I oversee every attention to detail so that my guests feel at home and cared for. Situated beautifully, for world class golf on site, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals very near by and many other events like the BNP tennis tournament , the Horse show in Thermal and the La Quinta Art Fair, just to name a few. Walking distance to Earnies Sports bar at the Resort Clubhouse and just a block away from the Signature Club, which guests have full access to, including huge hotel size pool area and spa, a gym, a party area with 2 bbq's and bar area as well as Bocci Ball and shuffle board games.
