The home has four large bedrooms and five and half baths. There is plenty of room for a great family gathering! Oasis at East Beach, located at 4318 Sixth Street, offers spacious living areas both indoors and outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances is open to the dining area which seats 8 comfortably. There is also a breakfast nook just off the kitchen which allows for 4 more seats. Want comfort? Gather together with your family in the amazingly comfortable den or even better - downstairs in the playroom!
The main level of the home also has an Master Suite with a king bed and en-suite bath featuring a garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Upstairs has an additional Master suite with a King bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. Two additional bedrooms are also located on the top floor - one with king size bed and the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds, each with its' own en-suite with tub/shower combination.
The ground level is the perfect spot for lounging! Enjoy the indoor tiki bar, mini-fridge and a ping pong table for hours of fun! The Lounge also has the perfect set up for watching the games or drying off after a late dip in the pool!
The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $400. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you want the pool heated.
