Recharge your EV while you recharge your soul in this unique getaway! This home will be the perfect spot to relax, recover, and reconnect with what you may be missing. You can enjoy access to Lake Travis and the other surrounding park destinations the area has to offer, just minutes from the front door. While nestled in the stunning Texas Hill Country, you are less than 20 miles from Downtown Austin, The Domain, Cedar Park, and Leander. All offer many attractions and something for everyone.
Walking up to the home, you can enjoy the spacious patio space and 'fun-bin' with life-sized Jenga and other yard/patio activities to enjoy during your stay, along with the outdoor table set and gas grill. The home has a fully furnished kitchen and connected dining space. Off the dining room, you will find one full bathroom with a Washer/Dryer and one bedroom containing 2 full-size beds. In the living room you will find a dedicated workspace/desk and access to the private fenced backyard, featuring 4 Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. Off the living room, you will find the primary bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and a private bathroom. You're welcome to bring your EV and charge with our onsite 50amp plug! Guest will have access to the entire home - except the detached garage.

Guests are not permitted inside the garage, storage shed, or cleaning closet.
Strictly No climbing or standing on the garage roof!!
No parties/big gatherings and respect quiet hours 10pm-8am
No Pets or extra overnight guests exceeding (4) allowed. Extra Fees will apply!
No smoking or illegal activities permitted on premises
Sensitive Septic system: Avoid flushable wipes and/or feminine products in toilets
No solids or food scraps in kitchen sink (no garbage disposal)
Fire Pit must be extinguished if unsupervised. Please observe local burn bans.
Do not walk on the wood deck with bare feet due to the possibility of injury from protruding wood splinters or deck screws.

During extreme weather conditions, do not set thermostat below or above 75F for extended periods of time. The HVAC system may shut down and/or freeze up if running non-stop.
// Pests //
Although we routinely treat for pests, scorpions and other small critters are common in the hill country and sometimes found in or around the cottage. Please let us know and we will re-treat the property.

Turn off all lights (outdoor & indoors), fans, TV, appliances
Deck lights are automatic: ON at sunset OFF at 1am
Log out of Netflix, Amazon, or other Smart TV accounts
Double check for personal belongings. Forgotten items will be shipped at guest’s expense
