This adorable town home is just a few steps from the sand and a short walk to Powerhouse Park, Jake's Seafood Restaurant, The Poseidon Restaurant, and the charming town of Del Mar. It is a 10 minute walk to the fairgrounds where the famous Del Mar Races are held in July and August. The nearby town of Solana Beach has a great concert venue, The Belly Up, a premier live music venue featuring concerts and events from the entertainment industry. This town home is fully furnished, including washer and dryer, wireless internet, two off street parking spots, and a covered patio, with a small BBQ in the private back yard for dining outside.
