Welcome to Pelican Point! This 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom is the perfect vacation getaway for families and friends alike. This property is located on Terramar Beach, close to San Luis Pass (well known fishing spot!) and is located 15 minutes west of Galveston. There are no vehicles allowed on Terramar beach making this property suitable for families with small children. There are two covered balconies that provide priceless oceanfront views. Weber charcoal grill, picnic table, a private outdoor shower, and three water hoses (one on each patio/balcony) are also included. Driveway parks 6 cars comfortably with additional parking on the grass across the street. The property has everything you need to cook during your stay, all you need is groceries! Stop on your way in at larger stores such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Randalls. If you're looking for something closer or more immediate, the Seven Seas Grocer is about 5 minutes away. If you're not looking to cook, all main dining is located a short 15 minute drive away in Galveston. We hope you enjoy your stay at Pelican Point!
