This Gorgeous contemporary home was built in 2015, offering exceptional value for your family vacation needs. With a Flowing, open floor plan welcomes you inside with a gourmet kitchen and all the gadgets, dining and seating areas to choose from, comfortable and oversized furniture to sink into making it easy to feel at home. Master suite on the first floor for privacy and convenience with a King sized bed and ensuite master bath featuring double sinks and an elegant, tile and glass, walk in shower.
Main level 1/2 bath and laundry complete the first floor amenities. On the second level is a large, shared bathroom with sunken tub and shower, plus 3 more bedrooms, one with a King sized bed, one with a King bed and Full bed, and one with a Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa!
This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and has a paved driveway for ample parking, even for your boat and trailer. One bay of the garage is available for your use, as well.
This home also comes with a boat dock at a local marina with trailer parking there. For your 17-24 foot boat, the weekly charge is $500. Anything over 24 feet will be an additional charge of $800. Daily rates are available if you are staying for less than 7 days.
Gunstock Ski area is less than 10 minutes away and this home is centrally located to shopping and restaurants.
