The home is only minutes walking distance from the popular Kemah Boardwalk, world class restaurants and charming Kemah old town gift shops. It is a 4 bedrooms, 4 baths on 3 different levels : 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main floor, a detached bedroom with its own bath is on the ground floor, another bedroom is on the top floor with its own bathroom & a private balcony overlooking the water. There is a 230 ft private pier and boat dock. The unique feature of this house is the huge 2,800 square feet wrap around deck, with a Tiki hut and hammocks area under the oak trees. This is a beautiful home with stunning views of the bay, a huge deck complete with outdoor bar is great for relaxing and entertaining.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on this floor. The Seashell bedroom has a queen bed. The Sailboat bedroom has 2 bunkbeds full over full. One of the bathroom is accessible to the entertaining deck. You also find a kitchen, living room, dinning room open floor concept with 6 huge floor to ceiling windows giving you the stunning view of the bay.
Top Floor:
This top floor consists of a bedroom with its own bath, many windows, a private balcony overlooking the water with incredible view of the bay.
