Directly across the street and to the right is the USC campus and Performing Arts Center. Suite A is a short walk-up, second floor unit that's beautifully decorated with a coastal beach theme. The private bedroom has a queen "cool touch" Tempur-Pedic mattress for your comfort. All linens are provided. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a 4 inch coiled mattress. The full bath has a shower and a tub combination. Your kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, medium refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. There are also essentials for cooking and dining including coffee and tea. A washer and dryer are located on the first floor as well. This property is well equipped with wifi and a Smart television.
There are also two bicycles per unit for your peddling pleasure as well as a Hunting Island State Park beach pass for your free access. Directly in front of the entrance @701 Congress St are two parking spaces, one each for Units A & B. More parking is available behind the building.
