Welcome to the Pine Arch Cottage! A charming, newly remodeled 1920's craftsman with all its unique features intact. The bright, open concept living area includes a 6-person dining table, sectional couch and a Samsung Smart TV.

THE SPACE:
There's fast WiFi all over the house. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook a meal (including EVOO and standard spices). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The bathroom is a walk through, attached to the Master bedroom and accessible from the hallway outside the kitchen and second bedroom. The bathroom is stocked with travel size toiletries and towels. The second bedroom is across the hall, with a desk and a full size bed. Lastly, there’s a “mud room” with a full size Samsung washer/dryer. The backyard has a brick fireplace perfect for smores and a BBQ with all the necessary tools.

The front yard is fully fenced in.

The detached garage and shed are NOT included in this listing.

GUEST ACCESS:
Parking is easy in this neighborhood. I have a long gravel driveway on the north side of the house that you are welcome to use, along with ample street parking.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
My neighbors are really nice. This is a residential area with lots of children nearby so please drive slowly and be courteous of typical quiet hours (before 8am and after 10pm).

Summary: We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at the cottage for 2 weeks. Everything was there: spices in the cabinet and toiletries in the bathroom. We had such a good time, and we were even able to walk down to the Everett Farmer's Market on Saturday! My cat came too, and she loved exploring the gardens and had a lot of fun looking at the neighborhood cats, squirrels and bunnies! Nikki was a great host and had excellent communication around checking in and making sure we were had everything we needed.
