Guest House is used by caretaker (separated by breezeway), no shared rooms of house, only shared backyard and pool. Central A/C, hi speed wifi and use of back deck all included. Summary: We're marking this wonderful place as a 'favorite' in the VRBO app! DON'T PASS THIS RENTAL UP! It's a beauty! Check-in was a breeze and owner was available if we had questions The beautiful home was spacious and uncluttered, but had everything a vacationer could need. Beds were comfortable as were the linens provided (towels, too). Great TV on main floor with a huge variety of channels, and one in the master bedroom upstairs. A large-capacity washer and dryer are on the main floor in the room where the half bath is (toilet and sink w/vanity and mirror). Two decks are available (one w/gas grill and dining table)and overlook a beautifully kept, very colorful garden. The flower garden can be seen from the house and as you take the short walk past it to get to a VERY large, in-ground, saltwater pool. Padded lounges are in abundance around the pool, and there's a poolhouse for changing, and an outdoor shower for easy rinsing-off after swimming. For the size of the property there seems to be privacy everywhere...inside and outside. Parking wasn't ever a problem; it's on the property, near the front door. Street is quiet (on a cul-de-sac) with lots of mature trees. If all this wasn't enough, a big Shaw's supermarket is just a half mile away (as is a large CVS drugstore across the street from it), and the Sagamore Bridge on to Cape Cod is a mere 5-6 minutes away!!! This rental was an amazing 'find' for us and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks very much, Denise & sweet Teddy!
