This house is very cozy, cute, clean colorful, and peaceful. The location is great for downtown Beale St. and only ten minutes from Elvis Presley Blvd (Graceland). The neighborhood is pretty quiet. There are older homes with similar exterior, and new homes. The backyard is large, and very peaceful. However, my neighbor does have a dog, and he sometimes bark if there’s something or someone passing by that he’s not familiar with. He’s a good dog.
