Private meadow setting with heated pool. Come off the beach after a long day in the sun and relax at your private pool and watch the beautiful sunsets over the meadow. Gorgeous open floor plan with private cul de sac location. First floor master with en suite bathroom. Recently renovated third floor provides a huge room for kids to hang out and is furnished with several bedding options. Twin pop up trundle can be used as 2 twins or a king. There is also a queen bed and full sleeper futon.
.7 miles to the beach and a short walk to the Washington street Mall and Emlen Physick Estate.
The house will cater to families with children. It is fully stocked with beach chairs, pool toys, games, baby supplies etc. Bob jogging stroller, and playpen.
