This 5-bedroom and 2-bathroom home is furnished with all the essentials and conveniently located on a tree-lined street in Allston. This home is right by Ringer Park if you are feeling like some fresh or, as well as the Brighton Music Hall if you want to catch a show! Upon entering the home, you will find a chic living room outfitted with a comfy orange accent sofa, sheer window treatments, and a TV. A spacious kitchen boasts sleek, black cabinets and stainless steel appliances, as well as a dining room table. The bathrooms are newly renovated and feature elements like tile walling and flooring. The 5 bedrooms all feature full or queen-sized beds, full-length curtains, and personal desk space.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room.
