Allston is known for its tree-lined, walkable streets, beautiful triple-deckers, and bustling commercial districts along Brighton Avenue. Home to a thriving nightlife scene and some of the best Korean restaurants in Boston, this neighborhood is a popular destination among college students and foodies. The median age in this densely-populated neighborhood is approximately 27. Served by numerous bus routes and subway stations, Allston is an easily accessible neighborhood for commuters and visitors. This charming Allston apartment is perfect for college students and working professionals. An 15-minute walk will get you to Harvard Avenue station for the Green Line B train down to Boston College or over to Fenway Park. A 8-minute walk north will get you to Harvard University. If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them.
