The 6 acre property has a creek, a natural spring, a stocked pond with a fountain, outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor firepit, an outdoor kitchen with a built in pizza oven, and a screened-in pavilion.
You and your guests will have access to all 3 Rustic Tiny Homes and the Main House.
The entire property has a total of 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, plus a queen over queen bunkbed, 4 futons, I full bed. We have upon requests 2 queen and 2 twin air mattresses.
The Main house is 2,000 sq ft with 2 BR and 2 BA and is able to sleep 6 people comfortably with a King size bed, a Queen over Queen sized bunkbed and 1 futon. We will have air mattress if needed by requests.
Main house has a full size kitchen, 2 fireplaces (One is gas and one is wood-burning), and an Italian Bertazzoni induction range/stove.
Our Rustic Cabin Tiny Home is 401 sq ft and is able to sleep 5 people (6 if some are kids). It has a kitchenette that includes a sink, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator.
One bathroom and one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a futon in the living room area, a small loft with a full-size floor mattress, and a twin-size air mattress complete this tiny vacation home.
Our Rustic Studio Tiny Home is 327 sq ft and sleeps 3 people (air mattresses available by request if more people are needed), it has a kitchenette that includes a sink, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator.
One bathroom, one queen-sized bed and a futon complete this vacation studio tiny home.
Our Rustic Glamping Tiny Home is 201 sq ft and is able to sleep 3 people. It has a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. One bathroom and one futon studio plus a small loft with a queen floor size mattress complete this tiny vacation home.
Enjoy a glass of wine, s'mores, hot chocolate, or whatever your heart desires around our large fire pit.
Enjoy the heated saltwater pool (which is open from April to October), hot tub, the creek, and a pond stocked with fish. We do provide fishing rods and some bait, so if you don't want your car packed with fishing supplies, please request ours.
Grill meals in our outdoor Rustic kitchen that consists of a large propane grill, 2 small refrigerators, a sink, and plenty of counter space. There is also a built-in outdoor pizza oven.
We have a screened-in pavilion where you can host your own private get-togethers.
Whether it’s 2 people or groups of people, there is plenty of space in the pavilion that overlooks the creek.
We are surrounded by woods and have wildlife that comes through sometimes. We ask that food and drinks not be left out that would attract them at night.
We do charge a fee if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind when you check out.
Please Note, the garage and closets in the Main House will be restricted.
