Summary: This was our second stay here. The first time we asked for & paid for a Queen bed. It was NO WHERE near a queen. So we should have gotten money back. Our room had to be changed three times . 1) no tv reception 2) key card wouldn't work 3) again no remote but one was found for us. At our second stay we had to pay extra for a bigger bed. Again, no remote. Went to desk, no one there. Returned second time, got a remote, didn't work. wrong remote so a tech had to come. We had 2 yappy dogs next door & in the morning we were woken up by a HUGE fight going on above us. It went on for a half hour before anyone came . Since there was no phone in the room, we couldn't call the front desk. Everything about this place is old and falling apart. Will never stay here again.
