Downtown Indianapolis is 10 minutes West of us and the hip community of Historic Irvington 5 minutes East! Located in urban Indianapolis, our street offers a suburban feel surrounded by city life and city noises. Our neighborhood is home to a mix of older residents and the occasional new renter; you do see all walks of life in the area. One block to the next offers a different view of our urban environment where we have low income/high income neighborhoods mixed throughout this side of town. One item to note is that there is a lower income apartment complex located on the block behind us, most guests are comfortable with it but others may not be, so we like to point that out before you book. Christian Park and Ellenberger Park are two beautiful parks each within a ten-minute drive. Heading West on Washington street, on the drive to downtown Indianapolis, you do pass through a lower socio-economic area that is being rehabilitated by investors when heading downtown on that 10 minute drive.
