Summary: The fold out couch was never cleaned from the previous stay, so at 11pm we had to wait for someone to come take off the old sheets, which were covered in crumbs, and bring new ones. When they first arrived to the room for that issue they didn't even have fresh sheets with them! It was like they came to check that we weren't lying about it. So they stripped the bed, left, came back with new sheets. Pretty inconvenient when we're trying to get to bed. The whole room was dingy and didn't feel clean. The breakfast room the next morning was so hot! We were all dripping sweat just sitting there; it was like a sauna!
