Rebel Forest is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome that is located in the heart of Aggieland! Sleeps up to 8 guests; the property is perfect to bring along friends, family, and even your furry companions to an Aggie Ring Day, Texas A&M Home Football Games and more.
When you arrive at the townhome complex you can park in the three designated spots just steps away from the front door and visitor parking! Upon entering the custom decorated townhome, you are greeted with an open floor plan featuring an abundance of natural light and entertaining space!
The bright and cheerful hues of blue and orange throughout the living room make the space inviting and relaxing for any event. Providing seating for all guests as well as a large television to watch anything on the Amazon Firestick, there is nothing else you could dream of! There are fun and exciting games scattered throughout the living area to entertain all ages as well as Wi-Fi for those long nights on the computer.
To make you feel even more at home, the kitchen and dining area are just steps from the living room and tie in the spring colors throughout. The dining table seats four guests and there are four seats at the bar in the kitchen to ensure comfort for everyone!
Each bedroom, intricately decorated, provides a queen size bed allowing two guests per room. One bedroom is located downstairs and has a bathroom just across the hallway and the other three bedrooms upstairs have a private bathroom. All four bedrooms provide a TV for entertainment, with an Amazon Firestick, and have large windows for natural light!
Walking through the back door, you are welcomed by a seating area where you can relax and talk through the night! You can also grill for your guests as a celebration of a big Aggie win, a new Aggie graduate, or just after a long day.
Being located just 7-10 minutes from Kyle Field, this townhome is all you could want! Several restaurants are just around the corner including Wings N More, Cheddars, Fish Daddy’s, and Texas Roadhouse. Down University Drive is the all-new Century Square that has amazing boutiques to shop at or you can swing by the Star Cinema Grill and watch the latest movies. Hop in an Uber and head right down the street to Northgate to enjoy dancing, bars, celebrating, and fun games such as pool, cornhole, and washers!
