Parking is included in your stay for 1 vehicle. All of our guests are expected to treat our home as theirs and the neighborhood’s residents as their neighbors. Parties, lewd behavior, smoking and/or any disrespectful conduct will result in immediate eviction without refund. Please read all house rules for full details before booking. The Space: This carriage house has been designed with colors, textures and art to bring you a true sensory experience of the Birmingham culture and traditions. The bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and an all-in-one washing machine/dryer. Your kitchen has a toaster oven, countertop duel cooktop, microwave, full refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. We will provide a small assortment of local pastries and jellies for breakfast, if you choose. We will provide eggs, yogurt, and several choices of coffee. The living room has a high definition flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure as well as a couch that converts into a full size bed. The TV is equipped with Roku devices and preloaded with apps for you to enjoy, or you can use your own streaming accounts. Guest Access: Up to 3 guests are included in your stay. No other overnight guests are allowed. You are allowed to have visitors, however the max capacity in this unit is 5 people at any given time (including the overnight guests). However, there is no guest parking available on the property. 1 parking space is included with your stay. The Neighborhood: This location is extremely walkable, with multiple restaurants, Continental Bakery, Chez Lulu, Vino, all accessible in under 10 minutes. If you'd like groceries during your stay, Greenwise is a 5 minute drive. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are plentiful in this area. We want all of our guests to enjoy themselves in this wonderful city, but please be responsible and take a ride-share service if you plan on consuming alcohol. Other Things to Note: Booking Rules: The stairs in this property are steep however, accommodations have been made with stair railings that were inspected by local building officials. If you have any mobility issues this property may not be for you. You must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Upon the review of your booking, if we find that you do not meet our age requirement, your reservation will be cancelled. Additional rules: MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK * Current Photo ID and Matching Payment Method Required* - NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISES *Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am* - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or LARGE GROUPS. A maximum of 5 people are allowed in this property. * Proof of any parties will result in immediate eviction. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. - NO PETS PARKING - Parking is free for 1 vehicle during your stay. - There is no additional guest parking on the property. CHECK-IN/OUT * Check-in time is 4pm. * Check-out time is 10am. THEFT/DAMAGE The home is inventoried upon guest check-out. Any items missing will be billed at cost, plus a $50 service fee. Any damage to the unit itself or anything in the unit will be assessed on a case by case basis.
