This riverfront getaway is steps away from the Tennessee River with dock access during summer months (Typically April through October). With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this is the perfect place to come relax and get away. Located only 15 minutes from Dayton, TN, you are close enough to access civilization, yet far enough away to feel off the grid.
Feel free to shoot some pool or play some Pac-Man in our downstairs recreation room or enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise on the upstairs deck at the high top table with seating for 6. There is also a dock you can walk down to and sit by the water or start a fire in the ceramic fire pit in the backyard.
Our outdoor covered patio located below the upper deck is a fantastic place to relax and have a glass of wine on the outdoor sofa while gazing at the Tennessee River. All of this, while not having to worry about mosquitos, as we have mosquito control at our home!
The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a home cooked meal and we have a revolving door of spices and condiments, all collected on a take some, leave some basis. You may find some condiments, spices, or even some plastic plates /cutlery left behind by previous guest. Feel free to use it, leave some when you check out, or not. Whatever makes you comfortable!
We are about 15 minutes from the nearest town of Dayton. Please expect to drive a bit to the store or for dinner if you plan to eat out.
