Positive: I liked that someone was there to help with our reservation when it didn't get through electronically.

Negative: I was a little off put by the kiosk instead of a real person. The speakers weren't very good either so I had trouble understanding the lady even though I stood right at the kiosk. Also my electronic reservation didn't show up so the lady had to do something else to book my room. The machine wouldn't take cash as I intended to pay and I had to use a personal debit card for my business stay. Overall it was a good stay but there were a lot of problems just getting into the room.
