This swoon worthy condo is expertly styled in a tasteful luxury, and overlooks the Cumberland river and Nashville city skyline! The corner unit condo has incredible views, supreme sunlight, and a designer's edge that everyone will fall in love with. Layout:
Lower Level - bedroom with full over full bunk bed, and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Second Level - kitchen, dining room, and living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa. The living room has an open layout with views of the Cumberland River. There is also a half bathroom on this level.
Third Level - primary bedroom with king bed, and en suite wet room bath ( a luxurious soaker tub inside the shower room). There is also another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Rooftop - views of the Cumberland River, Nashville Skyline, and the Titan's Practice facility. From a distance, you just might see an NFL football player or two!
The Neighborhood:
Overlooking the Cumberland River in a quiet North Nashville neighborhood, this gorgeous home puts you approximately 5 miles or less from the Cumberland Greenway, the fabulous restaurants of Germantown and East Nashville, Titans Stadium, Top Golf, and Downtown Broadway. The opportunities are endless and the views are stunning!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
