You will have private access to the entire house during their stay, including the full rooftop area.
Free street and garage parking is available but VERY limited. We recommend a maximum of two vehicles per group and one must be a compact car to fit in the garage. You’re just a short Uber drive away from Nashville’s best attractions and great restaurants, so we recommend leaving your vehicles at the property when you go out.
Note that this property is spread across three floors, meaning you will need to go up three levels to reach the rooftop.

While the neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe this is still an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave the doors and windows unlocked when you leave the house.
Getting Around:
We recommend simply taking an Uber everywhere you need to go. We have very limited parking, so keep that in mind!
Because it was just built, to navigate to the home, it is easiest to use the address 2410 Meharry Blvd for navigating to the townhomes right next door!
Other Things to Note:
We provide a starter set of supplies just to get you through a two night stay: paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and coffee K cups with sugar. Please bring additional supplies for longer term stays and bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash! We take our noise complaint and smoking rules very seriously, we are actively monitoring for the home. Any violations or tampering will lead to immediate termination of stay with no refund.
