• Pool and hot tub are serviced weekly. You may see crew for a short duration during the week. This ensures our pool and hot tub remain clean and comfortable.
• Someone will stop by to haul the large trash/recycling bins out to the street every Tuesday and bring them back to the storage location each Wednesday.
• From time to time, pest control will stop by the property. They use pet and child friendly spray, and this helps protect our property from the desert pests.
• **Starter kits of paper products, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, and dish soap & pods are provided. Depending on the length of your stay and number of guests, you may need to replenish these items if you require more than is provided.
