Newly renovated throughout and featuring upgraded furniture and fixtures, shady Salt Pond haven ia the perfect Bethany Beach retreat. Boasting a cool front porch and enclosed, furnished sun room, there's ample opportunity for enjoying sunshine and sea breezes.

The bright, elegant interior comes beautifully updated and ready to accommodate group gathering. Sink into plush living area sofas while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. A sunny front parlor comes equipped with additional sofa seating and a TV for added flexibility and convenience. The gorgeous, renovated kitchen showcases all new counters and stainless steel appliances and comes equipped to handle any at-home meal needs. There's island breakfast bar seating for four and an eat-in dining table set for four as well.

Three bedrooms are located in the main part of the house. The fourth bedroom can be accessed with its own entrance above the garage.

The Salt Pond Community overlooks a mid-length, executive 18-hole golf public course. Rates and tee times can be reserved at the pro shop.
