Enjoy views from the 2nd floor deck (release must be signed for 2nd floor deck access) watching the plethora of pelicans and other feathered friends while keeping tabs on the activities of the waterway. This unit also has a ground floor back covered deck with propane bbq and outdoor seating and corn hole to boot. Security cameras in use at this property.
