Summary: This amazing escape is just a short ferry ride across the Puget sound from Seattle, the house is packed with luxurious amenities, suitable for group of adults or families, and we are already planning a trip back next year after an exceptional week. Taking 90 minutes to reach the property from Seattle, we traveled via ferry where we grabbed a snack and explored the sights. The house is located in close proximity to Kiana Lodge and Suquamish Clearwater resort and a few miles from Poulsbo (be sure to check out Town & Country's flagship grocery store if you head into town). The house is next level, the amenities are all top notch and the view is stunning. We enjoyed hanging out in an open floorplan connecting the kitchen and living room, having vast counterspace for collaborative cooking, and central Sonos sound system to set the vibe making every activity memorable. There was also a theater room downstairs with separate kitchen so the older kids had their own space while parents could relax and play card games upstairs. The property is equally as impressive. In front of the house, we spent evenings at the fire pit and even saw a few shooting stars. While the younger kids combed the beach for sand dollars and shells, the older kids kept their hooks baited and caught several fish directly in front of the house. This place is directly on the beach so you'll need to watch the tide charts and your kids, as the water comes right up to the on property boat launch.
