Whether you`re soaking up the sun on a lounger or taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, you`ll feel like you`re living in luxury. The pool area features sun bathing recliners, lounge seating with fire pit and BBQ grill in a fully private and enclosed backyard. Pool is open year round, but be mindful that Savannah is a seasonal state and it may not be pool season September - February.

We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway & grass areas at the back which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties.
Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.
PETS:
We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
