Seaside home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with stunning views of Narragansett Bay throughout. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on the front porch with a bay view! Guests can walk 5 minutes to beautiful Bissel Cove! This area is perfect for outdoor activities like biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, bird watching, hiking, and swimming. We are located 1 mile from historic Wickford Village and just 15 minutes from Newport and Narragansett/URI. Perfect for a family vacation. Comfortably sleeps 7.
The space:
Inside the house, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The front entry opens to a mudroom with inside stairs leading up to the main living area. The main living area is a large open-concept design. Sliding doors in the living room open to decks with beautiful views of Narragansett Bay. A dining table with six seats separates the kitchen from the living room, and there is a large deck overlooking a peaceful and private backyard off the kitchen. A sizeable smart TV is in the living room with high-speed internet throughout. There is also a dedicated office/den off the living room with a pull-out twin bed and a half-bathroom.
The second floor consists of a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full-sized sleeper futon, a chest of drawers, a walk-in closet, and a private full-sized bathroom. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the master bedroom. There are two small decks with water views off of the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower and a washer and dryer. A spiral staircase leads up to the third-floor open loft space.
Other things to note
The kitchen has dishes, cutlery, coffee and paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods starter pack. All linens (sheets, pillows, towels) and beach chairs, coolers, and kayaks are provided.
There is a driveway with parking for two cars in front of the house.
