Large furnished home with 3 bedroom and 1-1/2 baths on two floors of the house. A futon on main floor in living room. Has an open area between kitchen, dining room and living room separated by an island. Granite counter tops in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Ideal for families or groups. Right in the heart of Westmoreland /Sellwood neighborhood with lots of restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, cafes, coffee shops, parks, bike and running trails, the river, roller skating, library, Zoom care, shopping, grocery stores, a movie theater and much much more. Most things within a few blocks or less. Everything is within walking distance. If you want to go Downtown it is only a short 15 min. car ride away. Bus lines are located less than 1/2 block from house and walking distance to the max light rail for transportation around the city. This home is a beautiful old craftsman Portland Four Square home. You have access to the whole house other than the basement where the owner lives with his dog. The dog is super friendly though and adorable if you do happen to see her. Why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in a great comfy and roomy house.
