THE HOME

The park-view kitchen features counter seating around the gas cooktop, creating an open, social setting. A Nespresso Vertuo machine, blender, toaster, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and glassware provide everything needed from breakfast through dinner. A separate high-top table offers flexible space for dining, games, conversation, or remote work supported by high-speed Wi-Fi.

-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted only in the designated rear patio area. Guests must use the provided ashtray and properly dispose of all waste.
-Children and infants are welcome; however, the home has not been specially childproofed. The booking guest is responsible for determining whether the property is appropriate for their group and for supervising children at all times.
-Entry requires approximately three to four exterior steps at both the front and rear entrances. The home does not provide step-free access.
-Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the property and at the rear facing the parking area. They may record video when motion is detected but are not continuously monitored. No cameras view or record interior spaces or the putting green.
-The home is located directly across from an active city park in a central Denver neighborhood. Interior spaces are well insulated, but guests may occasionally hear normal park, pedestrian, traffic, or neighborhood activity, particularly during daytime hours, weekends, and special events.
-For stays of 30 nights or more, one complimentary mid-stay cleaning is available upon request and subject to scheduling availability.
-Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Cancellations, shortened stays, date changes, credits, and refunds are governed by the cancellation policy displayed at booking and applicable Vrbo policies.
