The property is right on the private beach and directly on the water at the high tides. The water is still inside a bay of pudet sound perfect for family and water activities. We have a two-person kayak for you to explore the area with a lot of fishes, crabs, seals, herons, coral, etc. There is ferry access from/to Seattle that is just 4.5 miles away.
• Main floor: office with a sofa bed, with bathroom, shower room and Sauna room.
• Second floor: Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. One guest bedroom with two queen beds, second guest bedroom with one queen bed, third guest bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over double).
Amenities:
• Two monitors with high-speed internet for remote worker.
• Two TVs connected to the internet for streaming.
• A privacy sauna room inside on the main floor
• The deck is new and spacious with a dining table and bench for you to enjoy outside. It is directly on the beach or above the water at the high tides
• A two-person Kayak, three adult, one youth life jackets
• A ceiling fan, four portable fans, crab trap on site for you to use
Additional notes:
• Water shoes are recommended to use on a rocky beach. on a high tide, deck is directly above the water, you could fish from the deck, on a low tide, you can enjoy a private long rocky beach.
• Please bring the kayaks, paddle and life jackets back up to the upper deck after each use, when high tide, the kayak can be washed out to the sea
• No air conditioning in the house.
