Summary: Everything was great upon arrival, we were early (1:00 pm) & they had our room ready. We set out stuff down & I adjusted the thermostat to 70 degrees (it was 74). We then left to attend a wedding. Came back at 8:00 pm & it was 78 degrees. The thermostat was “programmed”. Called front desk twice before they came up. He pulled it from the wall & said he “reset” it & turned it to 67. It ran for a few hours before reaching 72. At 2:00 am it had reverted back to the “programmed” schedule (74 degrees). It was miserable. I have a thermostat that’s programmed, but this one couldn’t be “over ridden”. It was awful!!!! Wouldn’t recommend if you want sleep or need to look your best going out. Very disappointing
