This condo has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master and twin (can be converted to a king) beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 bathrooms, flat screen TV's, full equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and two glide rockers (which can be changed for a different furniture configuration). This condo is located 3 miles north of Snowshoe's Central Village.
Contained within the building complex; heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and exercise room. Also, the Locker Room Sport bar and a clothing and grocery store are located in the building's lobby.
Fees: the only fee we charge is the HOA's daily parking/amenity fee which pays for the internet (unit wifi & building cell phone - AT&T), pool and parking lot access. We do not charge a unit cleaning fee.
