Bring your family or your favorite friends to come kick back at this sunny retreat. Our four bedrooms and bonus room make it perfect for group getaways. We have a spacious pool with matching screened in deck complete with seating, an outdoor shower, and BBQ grill. Right outside this screened in area we have a gazebo (with lighting), a picnic table, and a koi pond with a mini garden. Our fragrant Jasmine tree is currently blooming and beautiful.

Rules
1. No smoking in the unit or on the property any smoking will result in a $500 fine
2. Trash must be taken out to the garbage cans
3. The noise level must be appropriate and not disturb the neighbors.
4. No food inside of the pool.
5. If you are having a get together that has been previously approved by your host we ask that decorations be put up with tape to avoid damaging the walls and we strictly prohibit the use of confetti.
6. No pets allowed, if pets are brought to the property you will be fined $500
7. Pictures and videos are taken before each checkin to ensure cleanliness of property, we will not be issuing any refunds under the excuse of the property not being cleaned as it is sanitized before each guest and proof has been documented.
8. Dishes must be cleared of all food before being placed in dishwasher.
9. If there is a problem with someone in the home resulting in blood, vomit, fecal matter, or urine being soiled/ cleaned up with the property’s towels/ linens/ furniture we must be informed and the contaminated items should be disposed of properly, if these items are left unattended in the home there will be a $500 fine as this is a biohazard and we are not responsible for coming in contact with these items.
