Soulshine Cottage offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 full baths and 1 half bath. Kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and laundry are located on the main level. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, all kitchen essentials and a coffee maker with single serve cup feature in addition to the regular drip option. Back deck offers sitting to enjoy morning or afternoon drinks. No grilling is allowed in the complex. Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom with a queen size bed, closet with hangers, smart TV with Firestick for you to easily login to your favorite streaming channels. The second bedroom offers 2 full size beds, dresser for storage, closet and TV. the bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided an access code. Two assigned parking spaces located directly in front of the unit. Additional guest parking available in pool area and any spot without a number.
The Neighborhood:
Gascoigne Condos are located on Sea Island, only accessible from Sea Island Rd. The community offers a pool, please read and follow pool rules posted in the pool area. Trash is picked up weekly on Monday early morning.
Getting Around:
Sidewalks available from the community into Demere Rd and Kings Way making it accessible to all the island amenities by walking or biking. Short drive to the beach and other areas of interest. Easy access on and off the island.
