Less than 10 mins to the outlets, 15 mins to the beach, and easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions along Rte 1. Three floors with a first floor suite with a queen bed, adjoining sitting room, and a full bath. Three other bedrooms with a king owner’s suite, queen bedroom, and a full/twin bunk. Access to two community pools, tennis court, basketball court, and clubhouses with gyms. Plus miles of sidewalks and safe roads for walking, running, or biking. Ample parking plus a garage with bicycles (no helmets), beach chairs and cart, and a ping pong table! A screened in porch, deck off the owner’s suite, and deck at the front of the house provide great space to enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of room and fun for the whole family!
Please note for allergy sufferers that cats and dogs stay in the off season. Home has been professionally cleaned but if you are very sensitive please be aware.
