There is a grand BACKYARD space to one side of the house, a swimming POOL to the other, and a FAMILY GATHERING area in between! The outdoor gathering space is outfitted with full PATIO FURNITURE.
The MASTER BEDROOM is on the first floor with a private full bathroom, a SMART TV to match the one in the living room (with a rolling stand!), and decent DESK SPACE to work. There is even a set of double doors that OPENS STRAIGHT TO THE POOL outside!
The second floor has 3 BEDROOMS, a centrally-located full bathroom, and a balcony looking over the DISPLAY FIREPLACE below.

FULL KITCHEN, fully furnished with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (ground coffee, creamer, & sugar), toaster, hot kettle, baking pans, cooking pots and pans, and oil, salt, pepper, & spices.
GAME ROOM with sofa bed, interchangeable combo game gaming table with mini billiards, air hockey, & foosball, and several board games.
DINING ROOM that can seat 6 (easy folding table that can seat another 6 can be moved from the garage).
LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer, soaps provided.
FULL BATHROOMS, each with towels, liquid soap, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner.
TOTAL of 4 BEDROOMS which include lamps, side tables, comforters, flat sheets, and 2 pillows per person.
The guests can self-check-in anytime after 4 p.m. on the check-in day and will have access to all the information about the house, the entirety of its functions and features through the messaging and available digital guidebook. There is also a physical guidebook in the form of a binder found below the living room TV.
Guests can keep in touch with us through the VRBO app's chat. Any questions between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. will be answered within the day. Messages sent outside this time may take longer.
Garbage is picked up on Tuesdays & Fridays (recycling only on Fridays), so please drop off your trash the night before.
Pool and lawn maintenance occurs every Wednesday and our pool guys will access the pool through the side gate.
