The farm offers a taste of living in a vineyard in France but all close to home. An additional 6 bedrooms available at our sister property Maple View Farm.
The space
Bohlen Farms is located less than 10 minutes from the center of Chapel Hill and University of North Carolina and 20 minutes from Durham and Duke University.
Wake up to a quiet pond & wisteria covered gazebo then enjoy breakfast on the stone patio. Check in is after 1pm. Check out is 12pm.
The hot tub is open from October through March
Follow the French country theme of the exterior inside where you will enjoy a tranquil experience along with the conveniences of modern life.
Several old masters hang on the walls and two fireplaces serve as a wonderful place to sip your favorite beverage or sink into a good book. We do not sell liquor, but two close local wine shops will ensure your drinking pleasure.
Guest access
If you are an agritourism enthusiast you may choose to make it a "working" vacation by taking part in some of the cultivation of the trees, grapes, and gardens. You will have full access to a pond where you can relax and enjoy swimming and using the waterslide, trampoline, zip swing, and sand beach.
If you enjoy trap and skeet shooting, we have that as well.
Stroll the garden and orchard and bike the surrounding rolling hills.
During cooler months, the hot tub is open and ready to soothe those tired muscles from the grind of life.
*****IMPORTANT***** The Office and outbuildings are not included in the standard rental. This is a working farm and there will be work taking place most seasons. The office may be used during the day as will the outbuildings.
