Summary: Staff was courteous seeing that I got there after business hours. But my room?? No. The AC did not work, so there was no heat. The room was not cold, but it wasn't warm either. Plus, the door had a gap in it. You could close it and lock it but because of that gap, it looked open. Whoever installed the door didn't do a great job.
