Summary: No controls for Heat in the room. Old AC in window allows cold air from outside into the room. Thin comforters. Guy at Front desk disputing why I would want a couple of extra towels tries to mention company policy as to why he can’t allow Me to have them. After further disputing that, he gave them to Me. Renovations needed.
